E-Flite's web site states that the max continuous current for the power 25 is 32A with a 15 sec surge capability of 44A. So what good does it do to publish data like the above that is grossly overloading the motor? Some stats that are within the capabilities of the motor would be much more useful.

OK, my bad, I was looking at data for an older version of the motor. New motor this loading is right on. It looks like this motor was made for pylon racing with .15 engine equivalent.
