The GWS Formosa was my 3rd plane so it took a serious beating. It started out with a Skatty 400XT (950Kv) R/B/B
and it flew pretty well and handled decent, which was impressive given the heavy battery and all the hot glue holding it together.
Eventually I wanted more speed so I put a JustGoFly 500T on it. It had great speed with that motor and was a blast to fly. Unfortunately I pulled it out of the closet after at least a year off from flying and ended up putting it into a tree.
I was able to save the motor so I would like to get another one in the future. Who knows maybe I'll even paint the next one.
